REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At FATE | The Lord's Work, every experience is thoughtfully planned and reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time, preparation, and commitment involved, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, purchases, and event registrations.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication may require a new consultation fee to schedule another appointment.
Private Experiences
Private experiences require advance scheduling and preparation.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled experience may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or payment made.

No-shows are non-refundable.
FATE reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests at his discretion.
Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Event ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior approval, when permitted.

If an event is canceled by FATE, attendees will receive either:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Educational Workshops & Classes
Enrollment fees for educational offerings are generally non-refundable due to limited availability.
If FATE cancels a workshop or class, participants will receive either:

A full refund, or
-
Credit toward a future educational offering.
Apparel & Merchandise
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Items may be eligible for exchange or return if:

The item is unused and unworn.

Original tags (if applicable) remain attached.

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Worn apparel
-
Damaged items caused by misuse

Clearance or final sale merchandise
-
Customized or personalized products
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect or defective item was received.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Right to Refuse Service
FATE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain safety, professionalism, consent, or the integrity of the experience.
In these situations, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at FATE's sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.
